The bar height is adjustable from 90 cm to 152 cm in 50 mm increments, allowing coaches to adapt the setup for different users and exercises. Quick-set turning bolts make adjustment straightforward, while two flat spreader bars connect the legs beneath the mat area for added stability. The crossbar measures 1.37 m wide × 38 mm diameter, and the unit is available in Blue, Pink, Purple and Red.
