Returns & Refunds Policy
Dawson Sports Equipment Trading FZE is delighted to offer you a straight forward return and exchange policy. All our items fall under the below return and refund policy, except any customised items, the sales of which are FINAL.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchased items purchased, if an item is faulty or damaged in transit - please contact at firstname.lastname@example.org.
All returns/refunds must be reported within 7 days of delivery and must be authorised by Dawson Sports Equipment Trading FZE. Any goods returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
We will not accept product returns for custom-made products, unless such products are faulty, or do not conform to the agreed specifications.
All items must be returned in perfect condition and in original packaging. The returned products may be exchanged or a credit note will be issued. We do not offer a refund for items incorrectly ordered or no longer required.
Shipping and handling charges will not be returned, reimbursed or refunded for returns or exchanges. Wee will refund the re-delivery charges, if the error has been occurred from our side. All future shipping charges for returns or exchanges will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, in our opinion, who is doing excessive returns or exchanges. Any client doing excessive returns or exchanges will be taken off our client list and will no longer be able to purchase from Dawson Sports Equipment Trading FZE.
We like you to feel happy and comfortable purchasing from Dawson Sports Equipment Trading FZE. Hence, if you like to cancel an order you made, it is only possible if you cancel it within 24 hours of your initial purchase. Once your shipment is on the way to you, we unfortunately will not be able to cancel it.
