Return Authorization:

All returns or refund requests must be reported within 7 days of delivery and require prior authorisation from Waicee. Returns received without authorisation will not be accepted.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges for items that do not meet these conditions.
Please note that custom-made products can only be returned if they are faulty or do not meet to the agreed specifications.

Refunds:

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt and whether your refund has been approved or refused.
If your refund is approved, we will process it within fourteen (14) calendar days and apply the credit to your original method of payment.
Standard delivery charges, if applicable, will also be refunded.
