cut-and-sew design as you require. Football kits contain 1 x football jersey and 1 x football short.

• Delivery within this region usually takes 2 to 3 working days, including orders placed over the weekend. 
• Please be aware that heavy or bulky products may require extended delivery time. 
• Kindly note that deliveries to P.O. Boxes are not available at this time.

Return Authorization: 

• All returns or refund requests must be reported within 7 days of delivery and require prior authorisation from Waicee. Returns received without authorisation will not be accepted. 

Conditions for Returns: 

• To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging. 
• We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges for items that do not meet these conditions. 
• Please note that custom-made products can only be returned if they are faulty or do not meet to the agreed specifications. 

Refunds: 

• Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt and whether your refund has been approved or refused. 
• If your refund is approved, we will process it within fourteen (14) calendar days and apply the credit to your original method of payment. 
• Standard delivery charges, if applicable, will also be refunded.
